Refund & Return Policy

Refunds for Non-Serialized Products

Prior to the fulfillment of the order, the customer may request a refund by contacting Super Safe Triggers via phone or email. Prior to fulfillment, a 100% refund may be issued. 

After an order has been fulfilled, returns will only be accepted in unused condition or due to defect within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping at buyers expense. Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product. If the product is found to be used/damaged, it will be returned to the buyer and will not be refunded. If the product is found to be defective, a replacement will be sent and refund of return shipping.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

FRAENT CHARGEBACKS ARE THEFT AND HARRISON GUNWORKS LLC WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

A fraudulent chargeback, also known as friendly fraud, is when a customer intentionally disputes a legitimate purchase with their bank or credit card company. The goal is to get a refund while keeping the goods or services. 

Chargeback fraud can be first-party fraud, where the customer commits the fraud themselves, or third-party fraud, where the customer uses a fake identity. Some examples of chargeback fraud include: 

• Claiming a purchase wasn’t received
  A customer claims they didn’t receive a product or service, but they actually did. 

• Claiming a subscription wasn’t canceled
  A customer claims they forgot to cancel a subscription, but they actually didn’t. 

• Using a stolen credit card
  The rightful owner of a stolen credit card disputes a charge made with the card.
• Claiming a purchase wasn’t authorized
  A customer claims they didn’t authorize a payment for a purchase they made.
